BOSTON (July 30, 2008) - LPGA Hall of Famer Beth Daniel threw out the first pitch July 30th at Fenway Park before the Boston Red Sox played the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.Daniel, the 2009 Solheim Cup captain, will be competing for the first time in the BJ's Charity Championship presented by OLAY. The fourth annual tournament, which will be played Aug. 2-3 at Granite Links Golf Club in Quincy, has raised more than $3.6 million for charity in just three years.
